Love and Sin
Long ago I paraphrased Jesus’ great commandment into the motto which summarizes my understanding of the meaning of life: Love God. Love people. Nothing else matters. Simple to understand, hard to do. Over the years, my understanding of sin has become just as simple, and just as hard: Anything at all which diminishes one’s capacity to love God and His people.
