In last place, with 5% is Pale Girly Jesus.
In a close second-to-last, with 8%, is Linda Richmond. (I could see “Fireside Coffee Talk” being a good thing.)
Slightly higher at 11% is Benny Hinn. (Can you imagine fund-raising for the national debt?)
