My Second Reading Would Have Been Better

This morning a group of wonderful men and women stuffed thousands of envelopes for a Calvin Crest appeal letter. When I got there to drop off labels and fruit (read: “work and incentive”), I realized we didn’t have enough labels. So my pastor drove me to Long’s. He said it was his favorite store because he likes to check his blood pressure there at the little booth. I think he was proud of the fact that his was lower than mine. We found the labels and headed back.

I like this pastor guy. He makes me feel better about a lot of things.

Campership Appeal. Covering the cost, so camp can be cheaper.
