PiñaBlog Bits and Pieces of Piña

Onward

Smoke is rising from several chimneys throughout the Oakhurst area, and there is snow on the ground at Calvin Crest.

I’ve turned in the last bulk mailing I will ever work on inasmuch as it is in my power to not work on others. There are some small things to clean up and several boxes to pack. We’re heading to Ripon on Saturday.

It’s time to do something new and different, but it will be hard to leave these friends and this place.

It won’t be hard to leave the snow.

To be honest, this is all scary. As excited as I am about doing something new, I don’t know what that will be. As excited as I am about being in a new place, I will ache terribly to be away from all our friends and family here, and Cosby’s beard.

Nevertheless, I’m excited for life.
