My wife’s verbatim response on seeing’s Doug’s pic here: “Awww, Doug! I miss him!”

You ARE Doug. ;-)

Posted by Leis on 25 April 2007 @ 9am

I will take that as a compliment.

I definitely miss Doug! And Skeeter. Gone are the days of the cartoon characters that would have ten of the same outfit in their closet and still seem to have trouble deciding what to wear in the morning.

Taylor and I just watched the first episode of Doug a few days ago.

I don’t, does that make me a bad person? I thought his quail man thing was dumb.

Posted by matt knapp on 25 April 2007 @ 2pm

Well… I think *you’re* dumb!
No, you’re OK.
But really? Quail Man?

I miss Doug because it brings back wonderful memories of you and your sisters enjoying the show together.

the last comment was from me, lildra, not cosby.

sorry to chime in so late. Leis, you are correct. Cory is the QUINTESSENTIAL Doug. In fact, i think we should start calling him ‘QD’. This is NOT to be construed as ‘cutie’; which is TRUE, but not a sought after moniker by male youth leaders. (or children’s leaders, for that matter) ANd, Matt, you should SEE him as Quail Man!
