You’re an open source kind of guy. Aren’t there twelve free web2.0 versions of that out there?
I wish I could write more of my own stuff. Eventually, entrepreneurs have been writing all the stuff I wanted to write only much better.

Have you checked out HighRise? I use it and I’m pretty happy. The vCard upload feature is super nice for the initial setup. Tags, reminders, birthdays, notes, multi-user, add tasks via email (but not Jott, not yet)… all sorts of tools and toys inside it. Pretty good functionality out of the free version, too. But you can also upgrade to be able to have more than 2 admins, as well as some other sundry features. Anyway, go take their tour. And if you want to see it from the inside, I’ll lend you my login info…
