This weekend I decided that God’s conversation with Cain in Genesis 4 is like a nagging mother just trying to get her child to do the right thing.
EDIT: No. God is not a nagging mother. I said “like.”
On the radio this afternoon an interviewee said we needed to “bring God back to this country.”
I had to laugh, because I wasn’t aware that a) He had ever left, or b) that we could even make Him go away.
Possible favorite question in the Bible.
God says to Adam: “Where are you?”
Because of Jesus’ sacrifice, God treats sinners as though they’ve never sinned.
